Our team made of 19 professional staff members, including the Employer Relations Unit. Advisors specialize in a variety of career industries and topics.
The Barnes Hall team is part of Student and Campus Life (SCL).
The staff in the Employer Relations and Career Readiness Programs unit help employers develop a hiring strategy on campus and organize campus recruiting including career fairs.
They also manage professional readiness resources like the Profile Picture Kiosk, Interview Rooms, and the Wardrobe.
Cornell students are trusted members of the career services team. They all receive extensive and ongoing training and are a key part of our work.
They serve as Peer Career Coaches, Employer Relations Associates, and Social Media Interns.
