“I’m a manager at the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission in the Research and Cost Trends department. In this role, I examine health care spending trends and cost drivers using health care claims and discharge data. I have an undergraduate degree in Health Care Policy and a Master’s in Healthcare administration from the Brooks School of Public Policy. Throughout my career journey, I continually pursued opportunities that interested me and pivoted when I found something that didn’t. By the end of my graduate program, I chose to pursue positions that combined statistical programming and health policy, both areas that I knew I enjoyed. This led me to a career in public service, which I have been in for three years.”
