We provide support and host events about exploring mission-driven careers, as well as industry-specific advice for networking, job searching, interviewing, and more. Check out the “All Industries” day of the fair to meet employers and industry leaders! Learn more about current opportunities and network for your future.
Social impact & government employers include: state and federal government agencies, court systems, education and youth programs, environmental engineering and renewable energy, and multiple other non-profits.

There will be multiple government sector employers attending: NY State Dept. of Civil Service, NY State Office of General Services, Town of Ithaca, and Metropolitan Area Planning Council. Other relevant organizations include Tetra Tech (sustainable engineering and consulting) and MKSK (sustainable urban planning). A conversation series featuring Cornell alumni and field experts sharing insights into their careers in public policy, public affairs, and related sectors. Each session, a guest speaker will discuss their professional path, the skills that shaped their journey, and practical advice for breaking into the field. Cornell students from all colleges are welcome. Guest for this session is not yet announced.

Booster offers innovative and engaging fundraising services for elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide. These services range from Fun Runs to a comprehensive school fundraising platform. They’ve helped over 8,500 schools raise more than $900 million in much-needed funds. This event offers an inside view of Booster’s mission, culture, and impact, along with the chance to connect with a recruiter for job opportunities.
