“One of the most well-organized career fairs I’ve been to! I was impressed at how many students were prepared and had read about the different booths and come prepped with questions. The employer check-in process was so smooth. Loved the employer lounge — the coffee cart was top notch! I also appreciated the dietary friendly options and that someone from the career fair walked around to touch base with employer booths to make sure they’d grabbed lunch during the busy afternoon. Thanks for all the work done to make this an excellent experience.” – Employer Testimonial
All Industries Career Fair: Exploring the Possibilities
The All Industries Career Fair drew the largest attendance, welcoming 525 students and alumni. Employers from across a wide range of sectors connected with attendees recruiting for internships, co‑ops, and full‑time roles, offering students the opportunity to explore diverse career trajectories and learn directly about roles, organizations, and hiring processes.
Organized around broad career pathways, the fair helped students engage with opportunities aligned to their interests while also encouraging discovery beyond traditional job titles or industries.
Real Estate & Hospitality Career Fair: Focused Industry Engagement
The Real Estate & Hospitality Career Fair offered a more targeted experience, welcoming 198 students and alumni interested in careers centered on development, investment, operations, and guest experience.
This focused format supported deeper, industry-specific conversations, allowing students and employers to discuss trends, skill development, and career pathways while building more intentional and meaningful connections.

Attendance Patterns Across Work Authorization Types
During the Spring 2026 Cornell Career Fair Days, student attendance followed a clear and consistent pattern. U.S. citizens represented the largest share of attendees, with international students on F‑1 visas comprising the most prominent international group connecting with employers. While permanent residents and exchange visitors were also present, their representation was more limited.
This distribution remained consistent across industries and was mirrored within the real estate and hospitality sector, where attendance was more concentrated but reflected the same overall mix of work authorization types. Collectively, these fairs demonstrate strong engagement from both domestic students and international students actively navigating career exploration and employer connections.
“We have been to a handful of ivy league career fairs this year, and Cornell students were the most impressive. They came prepared with information about our company and overall were more outgoing and polished. Incredibly impressive students.” – Employer Testimonial
