We invite all sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are completing an undergraduate degree.  We understand how the recruitment process can be overwhelming at times. This session was designed with your best interests in mind. From learning about our SMBC brand, our businesses, and Intern and Analyst programs to gaining insights into the interview process, we are confident that you will be better prepared for your career journey.You will have a unique opportunity to hear from a senior business member. Chrystian Marin serves as the Managing Director of Sponsor Finance Origination. Chrystian has over 25 years of industry experience in middle market leveraged finance, loan capital markets, private credit and sponsor finance. Prior to joining SMBC in December 2015 to help build out SMBC’s middle market Financial Sponsors coverage effort, Chrystian spent 11 years at GE Antares where he originated, underwrote, and syndicated loans for Private Equity-backed LBOs. Chrystian began his career in Investment Banking at UBS, where he was an Associate Director in the Financial Institutions group. Chrystian is a graduate of the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan, where he earned an M.B.A. degree.Come get to know us.At SMBC, we are growing and transforming alongside our clients.
