Getting Started with Undergraduate Research

Discover how undergraduate research can be a meaningful part of your Cornell experience from your very first year. Join CALS Career Development to learn about research opportunities available to undergraduate students and hear from a panel of students who have successfully become involved in research. Panelists will share how they got started, what their experiences have been like, and practical strategies for connecting with faculty and finding opportunities that align with your interests. As a result of attending this event, students will be able to
to engage in activities to explore career paths and identify areas for further exploration
create a plan for how they will pursue experiential opportunities in their fields of interest.
