Resumes: FAQs, tools, and next steps (Option 1 of 2)

Get started updating or creating your resume for Cornell, whether you’re interested in applying to research, internships, campus jobs, or campus clubs. We will cover some common questions and concerns we hear from students about resumes, and share tools available for you in updating and reviewing your resume. Then, we will talk about next steps including how to use your resume and be ready to talk about it when speaking with a recruiter or with a contact you’re networking with. Note: This workshop is being held twice in September, on the 2nd and on the 24th. Attend either session – the content covered will be the same for each. Both Sessions will take place on Zoom. As a result of attending this event, students will…Be able to clearly communicate the connection between their competencies and skills and their career goals, using real world examples.Read more about the career learning outcomes. This workshop qualifies for the A&S Advising Seminar (AS 1102), but all students are welcome to participate.
