Explore how relationship building and data-driven thinking connect to create impact at PNC.

PNC Bank serves individuals, businesses, and communities through a wide range of roles. In this program, you’ll get an inside look at how people across PNC work together to help clients achieve their goals while managing financial risk.

In this program, you’ll:

Step into the role of a relationship manager and practice supporting a small business client, balancing goals, cash flow, and community impact.Try out the work of a portfolio associate by analyzing investment data and helping a foundation manage risk in its portfolio.Build key professional skills, such as communication, critical thinking, data interpretation, and client relationship management.Reflect on which kinds of work — people-focused, analytical, or both — align best with your strengths and interests.

By the end of this program, you’ll understand how PNC’s teams collaborate to serve clients and communities, and you’ll have practiced making thoughtful, real-world decisions grounded in both people and numbers.

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete.
