Welcome to our program! We are so excited to have you here.

Wells Fargo is a financial services company that provides banking, investment, and mortgage products and services to consumers, small businesses, and middle-market banking clients in the U.S. Our operations are divided into five segments: Consumer and Small Business Banking, Consumer Lending, Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Wealth and Investment Management.

During this program, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of a Wells Fargo team member and complete tasks that replicate the work that our commercial banking team does every day.

You will gain real-world insight into commercial banking at Wells Fargo, where the focus is on supporting businesses that fuel local economies and shape the communities around you. From the businesses you see every day, such as local restaurants, retailers, and service providers, to larger companies driving industry innovation, Wells Fargo plays a critical role in fostering growth and stability for its clients.

We hope this program provides a great resource for you to upskill and strengthen your resume as you explore career options and a potential career at Wells Fargo.
