EY’s bEYond The Game

Are you ready to take your game to the next level?  EY will host its first cohort of bEYond The Game, an interactive experience designed to help student-athletes transition from athletic excellence to post-sport career success.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Build meaningful relationships with EY leaders, mentors, and speakers
  • Connect with like-minded student-athletes from other universities
  • Develop essential skills and tools to articulate their personal brand
  • Experience the dynamic and supportive environment of EY’s professional services

When does it take place?
The Beyond the Game Program will run throughout Spring 2025, featuring a mix of virtual sessions and a two-day in-person event. The in person event, will take place April 24th -25th, 2025.  Note: Program travel (domestic only), lodging, and meal costs are covered by EY. Students should plan to participate in all virtual sessions and be in-person at the EY events.

Who Should Apply?

  • Student-athletes currently enrolled at an accredited academic institution with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
    • This program is open to all Varsity Division I, II, and III student-athletes across the United States.
    • Candidates transferring from junior colleges, as well as those pursuing a master’s degree in their fifth year or who are redshirting to extend their eligibility, are encouraged to apply.
    • Majors in Accounting/Accounting+, Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems, or other related fields
  • Interested in pursuing a career in professional services
  • Demonstrated leadership on and off the field
