Simpkins Family COMPASS Program

A group of students hold a web of rope representing their connections to each other.Through the Simpkins Family COMPASS Program, students learn critical thinking and decision-making tools to help them get intentional about which opportunities to seek or forego, based on their goals, values, and commitments. Students also get matched with one of COMPASS’s trained alumni mentors as they pursue the development of professional skills such as networking, leadership, and collaboration. Structured through a 2-credit course, COMPASS is designed for early undergrad students and runs every fall and spring. Students may enroll using Student Center during pre-enroll or the add/drop period.
