Collaborate with the owner & sales team on campaign ideas

Suggest new ways to get more qualified seller leads

BONUS: Assist with light admin tasks (optional for extra hours)

What We’re Looking For:

Student or recent grad in Marketing, Business, or Communications

Experience running digital ads (Google Ads or Meta Business Suite a big plus)

Comfortable with Canva, social video editing, and writing captions

Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset

Excited to grow with a startup team that moves fast

Proactive, organized, and independent

Perks:

$20–$25/hour + performance-based bonuses (commission tied to lead generation)

Flexible hours around your class/work schedule
