About the Role:
We’re hiring a part-time Marketing & Media Coordinator who wants hands-on experience running real-world campaigns. You’ll own everything from paid ads to content creation, and you’ll play a key role in helping us attract sellers through channels like Google, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
This is ideal for a college student or recent grad looking to level up their portfolio and learn how marketing works in a real business.
Responsibilities:
Launch and manage ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, YouTube)
Track lead generation and ad performance metrics
Help write ad copy and basic landing page content
Create short-form video & graphics for social media
Manage our social media accounts and schedule content
Collaborate with the owner & sales team on campaign ideas
Suggest new ways to get more qualified seller leads
BONUS: Assist with light admin tasks (optional for extra hours)
What We’re Looking For:
Student or recent grad in Marketing, Business, or Communications
Experience running digital ads (Google Ads or Meta Business Suite a big plus)
Comfortable with Canva, social video editing, and writing captions
Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset
Excited to grow with a startup team that moves fast
Proactive, organized, and independent
