Ballroom Dance Instructor (We Train You!) – Male and Female Instructor

We’re looking for high-energy, positive individuals to join our team as Ballroom Dance Instructors—no professional dance experience required.
We’re also looking for driven people who have a desire to push and grow themselves personally and professionally!
At our studio, we believe dance is about connection, confidence, and having a great time. We’ll teach you everything you need to know—you just bring the personality and drive to be your best self.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach beginner to intermediate students how to dance
- Lead fun, engaging private lessons and group classes
- Help students feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn
- Travel on fun trips once or twice a year for dancing.
- Build relationships with students and be part of their progress
- Be part of a supportive, team-focused studio environment

No dance experience? No problem.
Backgrounds that do especially well here: customer service, fitness, performing arts, teaching, or anyone who enjoys working with people. Not sure if this is you? What We Offer:
- Paid training program (we teach you how to dance AND how to teach)
- Flexible scheduling (days & evenings)
- Part-time –> Full- time position. Varies by what you are looking for.
- Pay is Hourly with the addition of Acheivement Bonuses
