Overview

A U.S.-based company, working closely with several leading international technology groups, is offering full-time career opportunities with strong long-term growth potential. This position supports senior leadership across executive operations, cross-border business coordination, and AI-related initiatives.

We are seeking highly organized and proactive Project & Executive Assistants to support senior executives and contribute to multiple AI-based initiatives across our company group. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and the efficient coordination of fast-moving projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Mandarin and English and is comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and rapidly changing business needs.

Selected candidates will begin with an initial onboarding and probation period in Tysons Corner, VA. This period may include business travel as part of the evaluation process for long-term full-time employment. The probation period is unpaid, and approved travel expenses will be covered.

Location: Tysons Corner, VA
Start Date: ASAP
Travel Requirement: 15% to 30% domestic and international travel, primarily to Asia, especially China and Hong Kong; extended stays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support executives with communication, coordination, and reporting across departments and affiliated companies.
  • Assist with AI-based applications and project-related tasks.
  • Participate in international business expansion and cross-border project coordination.
  • Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and support data analysis and decision-making.
  • Travel with executives when needed to support domestic and international business activities.
  • The role requires flexibility to work intense and extended hours, especially when traveling with executives, which includes attending after-hour meetings and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Valid U.S. work authorization (proof required) with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation software, or data-related technologies
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally with excellent adaptability and resilience.
  • Quick learner with self-motivated individual.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international business or multinational corporations.
  • Background in the technology sector or familiarity with AI-related fields.
  • Enjoys fast-paced, global, and high-responsibility roles.
