Camp Encore/Coda, the music and sports camp in Sweden, ME, is looking to hire a Head Counselor for our 2025 season.
Dates: June 13 – August 12
Rate: $4,000 plus meals, housing, and our laundry service
Description: The Head Counselor will train, mentor, and supervise the counselors, and they will always be available to solve problems, resolve disputes, and meet with other staff. They plan and program all of our campy and fun programming. This is a significant leadership position. Since we are a music camp, a musical Head Counselor may have one or two musical duties. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, decisive, and passionate about summer camps!
