The Marketing Specialist will be a highly creative and detail-oriented professional responsible for designing, developing and executing marketing materials that elevate brand presence across multiple business entities. This role requires a strong background in graphic design (75%) and skills in communication, content creation and marketing administration (25%). The Marketing Specialist will support marketing initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables that align with strategic business objectives.

As the Marketing Specialist, your role will include responsibilities such as:

Graphic Design (75%)

  • Design and produce marketing materials for print, digital, social media, email or advertising campaigns and internal communications
  • Create high-quality, on-brand graphics tailored to multiple business entities and service lines
  • Develop visuals for campaigns, including:
    • Property marketing
    • Special programs
    • Business expansion efforts
    • Special events (fundraising events, awards, etc.)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all offices and platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing team to transform concepts into visually compelling materials

Communication / Content Creation (15%)

  • Draft, edit and proofread marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, flyers and newsletters
  • Assist with content creation to ensure clear, concise and audience-focused messaging
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline marketing workflows, enhance creative output and improve campaign performance

Marketing Administration (10%)

  • Manage personal project timelines, track campaign progress and coordinate deliverables
  • Assist in the organization of marketing assets, templates and resources
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth campaign execution

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and marketing execution; agency experience is highly desired/recommended
  • Strong portfolio and work samples demonstrating expertise in digital and print design (required); ability to follow brand guidelines for multiple brands
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects preferred) and Canva, plus other design tools; AI experience a plus
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Asana project management software a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint) and cloud-sharing platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams) in a Mac environment
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Must exhibit positivity as a member of the marketing team
  • Must demonstrate self-learning for continued education in career and real estate services
  • Real estate experience highly desired/recommended

  • Project Ownership: Working as an in-house ad agency with procedures and processes within the internal team and external clients

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Full-time Salary/Exempt
  • Annual salary depending upon experience and requirements, plus benefits (waiting period may apply)
