Day camp interns will work alongside our professional staff of childcare specialists to provide a fun, educational and safe environment for our summer campers. This internship provides the candidate with hands-on experience working with different age groups, teaching nature and history-based lessons, games and crafts, and assisting with behavior management. Interns will also participate in intern-wide professional development activities and experiential learning opportunities that may require them to be off-site or away from their placement. Each intern will complete a personalized “demonstration of learning” project.
