We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Leasing Agent to join our team at our Riverside property. This is a part-time position (up to 30 hours per week), ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and would like to gain experience with business/property management. You’ll play a key role in helping us maintain high occupancy and provide excellent service to current and prospective tenants.
Position Details:
Job Title: Leasing Agent (Part-Time)
Pay: $16.50/hour
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week
Location: 3170 Canyon Crest Drive, Riverside, CA 92507
Schedule: Flexible (Saturday availability preferred)
What You’ll Do:
-Show rental units and give property tours to prospective tenants
-Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in-person
-Assist with the application and leasing process
-Update listings and promote available units online
-Keep organized records of leads and follow-ups
-Support tenants through move-in and renewal processes
What We’re Looking For:
-Friendly, Outgoing and professional attitude
-No Experience Necessary
-Basic computer skills
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
-Knowledge of Fair Housing (or willingness to learn)
-Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
