Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive lead generation, campaign execution, and growth initiatives for our fintech solutions. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and eager to experiment with new strategies to reach potential clients. You’ll work in a positive, high-energy environment, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and have the opportunity to expand your skills and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Manage digital marketing channels including email, social media, and paid ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Assist in creating content for outreach, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Track and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Continuously research new marketing tools and techniques to improve lead generation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Experience: 0-3 years in marketing, growth, or digital marketing roles (fintech or financial services experience a plus)
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (CRM, email automation, social media platforms)
• Results-driven with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and motivation to succeed

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 per year (base + performance bonuses)
