This is a unique opportunity to join Enketta, a small-batch womenswear brand in its early stages. You’ll work directly with the founder (a Parsons alum) as the brand prepares to launch in May 2025, and continues to grow. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role where your ideas are welcomed and your contributions can have a real impact.
Whether you dream of starting your own label or just want to understand how a start-up fashion business actually runs, this role offers experience across many parts of the process, including:
Assisting with design development and CADs
Coordinating samples and managing production timelines
Supporting digital marketing and brand storytelling
Helping with photoshoots and content creation
Researching wholesale leads and handling shipping/fulfillment tasks
This position is ideal for someone who’s curious, collaborative, organized, and eager to learn by doing. You’ll gain experience in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Google Workspace) and develop practical skills across design, production, and marketing. Strong communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to try new things are essential—this is a fast-evolving role where you’ll likely be learning alongside the founder as the brand explores new territory and grows in real time.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and InDesign)
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Interest in fashion design, production, or branding
Ability to manage time independently and juggle multiple tasks
