Job Overview:
The WelcomeLink Support Intern will assist with the coordination and documentation of processes related to home resale within the WelcomeLink platform. This internship provides hands-on experience in property management, administrative support, and customer service, contributing to a seamless resale process.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in business, real estate, or a related field, and is available to support the team during core business hours, approximately 40 hours per week, depending on the needs of the department and the availability of the candidate.
Your Responsibilities:

- Support the preparation and coordination of disclosure documents, questionnaires, and dues current letters.
- Assist with maintaining updated association data, including budgets, delinquencies, financials, and other critical information.
- Respond to requests from managers, real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and homeowners, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Manage and update property information in WelcomeLink, including legal documents, capital plans, and special assessments.
- Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, document uploads, and queue management for WelcomeLink orders.
- Assist the Closing Accountant with filing and depositing checks for completed change of ownership closings, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Assist with completion of general office administrative duties, as needed, and directed by the Director of Operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to property management regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to expand knowledge of resale processes and compliance requirements.
- Perform and range of special projects, tasks, and other related duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current enrollment in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
- Previous administrative experience or coursework is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent spelling and proof-reading abilities
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications
- Confident with data research and analysis
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Collaborative attitude and team player, exceptional interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, reliable, consistent professional demeanor
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Handle change in a positive manner, open to feedback
- Well-versed in computer software programs
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time
- Working on a computer throughout the day (monitor, keyboard, and mouse use)
- Ability to listen and focus for long periods of time
- Standing at a copier for extended periods of time
- Climbing warehouse ladder to access storage boxes
- Subjected to loud noises when running postage and folding machines
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Compensation: $20 per hour
