Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails

- Assist with marketing tasks such as email campaigns and promotional materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
