ABOUT QUALITY BUILDERS WARRANTY
Quality Builders Warranty Corporation is the nation’s premier 10-year new home warranty program. As a result of our integrity and stringent screening process, we have been recognized as the most selective 10-year warranty program in the industry. We are backed by one of the nation’s largest insurers, making us the only warranty program operating with backing by a nationally licensed insurance company of this size.

Our “Builders of Integrity” strive for excellence and consistently create quality homes and provide dedicated service to our customers. Our members have passed a strict set of standards so home buyers can have peace of mind knowing they are in qualified hands.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
As a Business Development Manager, you identify potential clients, generate sales, and secure new accounts. You are punctual, goal-oriented, and pursue your sales and revenue goals for our company from a variety of angles. You use strategic planning to develop the pipeline of new business coming into our company. You love the challenge and variety inherited in your job.

Your intellectual curiosity comes in handy as you spend part of your time presenting new solutions and services in order to retain current clients. Most of all, you love to spend a great deal of time interacting with people through cold calling, social media networking, and advertising.

Your primary responsibility is to use your excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential customers as you network. At the end of the day, you are confident in the hard work you have done to exceed your sales goals based on the number of calls, meetings, and the new members you have brought on board.

This is a true Business Development Manager role. Actual account management is not part of the position. Once a new client is brought into the Program, the client is assigned to an internal Relationship Manager. This account manager will handle the day-to-day account management for said client.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Able to conduct professional business to business sales communications
• Lead generation & cold calling experience
• Perseverance to close sales
Do you have an impeccable ability to take initiative? Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Are you confident and able to engage with executive-level decision makers? Are you poised, diplomatic, and tactful? Can you dynamically close sales? Do you have the ability to adapt? Are you ready to “hit the pavement” and help us find new home builders to join the Program? If so, then you might be just who we’re looking for to fill this Business Development Manager position!
