Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Intern to support our PD team in bringing our products to life. This is an excellent opportunity for to gain hands-on experience in the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of seasonal collections by prepping for key meetings, updating sample tracking charts, opening incoming packages and organizing samples.
- Support sample development, tracking, and organization
- Organize and maintain a seasonal trim binder
- Help prepare presentations or documentation for cross-functional teams
- Provide administrative and hands-on support to the PD team as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Development, Fashion Design, Production, Merchandising, Business or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong emphasis on organizing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat. RLM systems is a plus
- Interest in learning the full product lifecyle and development processes, learning garment construction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with basic garment terminology
- Experience with RLM, design tools or data tracking
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
