About the Network
Our organization operates a network of multidisciplinary medical clinics, combining chiropractic and physician-led care, with more than 26 years of experience serving patients referred through personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. We currently support seven active clinic locations across the region.
This role is the primary connective link between our clinics and the personal injury and workers’ compensation attorneys whose clients rely on our care. It is one of the most important seats in the organization: a strong relationship manager here directly grows every clinic in the network.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to build, maintain, and grow relationships with personal injury and workers’ compensation attorneys across the New Orleans metro area. This is a field-based, relationship-first role focused on generating new-patient referrals, not a desk-bound communications or media relations position.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with personal injury and workers’ compensation attorneys
● Represent the clinics network at attorney lunches, dinners, happy hours, conferences, and community or legal networking events
● Meet monthly new-patient referral goals tied directly to your compensation structure
● Maintain accurate outreach activity, appointment records, and referral tracking and reporting
● Collaborate with clinic leadership to align messaging and territory strategy across all seven locations
Qualifications
● 2+ years of business development, sales, or client-relations experience; experience in the legal or medical industry strongly preferred
● Existing relationships within the legal or medical community are a significant advantage
● Must reside within the New Orleans metro area and have reliable transportation for daily travel across the territory
● Professional, polished presence and confidence in attorney and executive-facing settings
● Self-directed and results-driven, with the discipline to manage a large territory and a full activity calendar independently
● Proficiency with Excel, email, calendar tools, and CRM platforms
What We Offer
● An established seven-clinic referral network and existing attorney relationships to build from
● A high-autonomy, entrepreneurial role with direct, visible impact on revenue
● Meaningful professional exposure across the New Orleans legal and medical community
