Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support development, construction and closeout activities.
- Assist with project budgets
- Analyze and create project schedules
- Assist in take-offs, budgeting, and tracking project costs
- Apply problem solving skills to help answer Requests for Information.
- Ensure timely review of critical submittals.
- Solicit and evaluate proposals from engineers, vendors, and General Contractors
- Visit jobsites to inspect and ensure quality, monitor progress, and see construction firsthand
Qualifications and Skills
- An interest in the business of real estate development and construction management
- In pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate Development, Engineering or Construction Management degree from an accredited program
