We are seeking a motivated and creative Audiobook & Multimedia Publishing Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in the fast-evolving world of audiobook production, voiceover storytelling, sound design, and multimedia publishing.

You’ll work closely with our content, publishing, and production teams to help bring books, educational content, and branded stories to life in audiobook and multimedia formats for distribution on platforms like Audible, Spotify, YouTube, and our proprietary channels.

What You’ll Learn and Contribute To:
- Audiobook Production: Learn the full lifecycle of audiobook creation—from manuscript to voice casting, narration, editing, mastering, and uploading for commercial platforms.
- Voiceover & Direction: Support direction of voice talent, script formatting for narration, and organizing studio sessions (remote and in-person).
- Multimedia Packaging: Help integrate audio with visual content for educational, promotional, and entertainment purposes.
- Platform Distribution: Assist in publishing final works to leading platforms such as Audible, Amazon Music, Spotify, YouTube, and more.
- Audio Editing & Quality Control: Gain experience editing, cleaning, and formatting audio using tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, and Descript.
- Rights Management: Work with the copyright and licensing team to manage audio rights and publishing permissions.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to craft promotional campaigns targeting audiobook listeners, podcast audiences, and educators.

Qualifications:
- Availability to attend team meetings on Mondays (9:00 AM MST), Wednesdays (10:00 AM MST), and Fridays (8:00 AM MST)
- SkillBridge applicants must also attend on Thursdays (9:00 AM MST)
- Studying or experienced in Media Production, Audio Engineering, Journalism, Digital Media, Film, or related fields
- Strong interest in storytelling, publishing, and audio production
- Proficiency with audio editing software is a plus (Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies and workflows
