Job Summary

  • Compensation Range: $12-15 per hour + Performance bonus

As our Fitness Concierge, you’ll help create that experience. From the first conversation with a prospective member to ongoing engagement after they join, you’ll play an important role in making every interaction feel welcoming, personal, and professional.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Member Experience

You’ll help create an experience that makes people excited to join and keeps them coming back.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond promptly to new leads through phone, text, and email.
  • Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective members to proactively confirm appointments.
  • Welcome and check in members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Build relationships by learning members’ names, celebrating milestones, and encouraging consistency.
  • Process membership updates and confidently assist with payment-related conversations.
  • Partner with coaches to ensure members receive an exceptional experience from their first visit onward.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, member services, or front desk operations.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled in-person shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a membership-based business, fitness studio, or wellness facility.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling.
  • Regular participation in fitness or previous experience working in a gym or fitness environment.

Success in this role means creating an experience that keeps both prospective and current members engaged.

Within your first 90 days, you’ll be:

  • Following up consistently so all qualified leads are nurtured.
  • Helping improve session attendance and lead conversion.
  • Creating a welcoming environment where members feel recognized and supported.
  • Keeping administrative processes accurate, organized, and running smoothly.
