About the Role:

Are you a storyteller? Do you love creating video content that captivates and engages audiences? If so, Yao Law Group has the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a creative and innovative Marketing Intern to join our team and bring our digital presence to life.

This role is hands-on and dynamic, you will be shooting, editing, and posting video content, creating engaging social media posts, and helping shape our firm’s online identity. This is a part-time or full-time position, and we can work around your schedule. The hourly rate is $20 USD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and tell stories through video across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
    Shoot, edit, and post content that captures attention and sparks engagement.
  • Design visually compelling marketing materials, flyers, digital posters, and more, using tools like Canva.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, from drafting content to scheduling newsletters.
  • Track engagement and analyze performance to grow social media accounts and reach new audiences.
  • Identify press and publication opportunities to raise the firm’s visibility and brand recognition.
  • Collaborate on planning, brainstorming, and executing marketing campaigns to attract prospective clients, referral sources, and community partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and understanding what drives engagement.
  • Comfortable researching trends and identifying marketing opportunities to expand brand visibility.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple projects.
  • Experience or interest in video creation and editing is a plus.

This internship is perfect for students who want to bring ideas to life through video and digital content while gaining professional experience in a dynamic law firm environment.
