Although she’s native to Upstate New York, after high school she ventured into Miami Florida for a handful of years. She graduated from Miami Dade College with an A.A. in Political Science as the President of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society in April 2022. Kayleigh simultaneously worked full time as an Operations Manager at a luxury residential property on South Beach where she enhanced her exceptional transferrable skills. A large part of who Kayleigh is, is her love for new cultures, new environments, and overall new experiences. Traveling to unfamiliar destinations is a lifelong commitment of hers – Boston, MA is her favorite city within the states; however, Kayleigh has a deep fondness for Europe, especially the Amalfi Coast of Italy. Full force indulgent into new environments brings a new sense of growth and she finds fulfillment with her efforts here at Cornell.

Marjorie Mosereiff (she, her, hers) is a multifaceted and energizing higher education professional with extensive experience in career advising and coaching, alumni and employer relationship building, and program management. She is enthusiastic about helping students build a professional development toolbox and inspiring them to be more empowered, proactive, and resilient life-long career decision-makers. She is a certified professional coach through the Academy for Creative Coaching and participated in the Successful Strengths Coaching course with Gallup. Marjorie is also passionate about cultivating safe and accessible educational spaces for all students.

Marjorie joined the CALS Office of Professional Programs and Extended Learning in 2021 as the Employer Relations and Career Services Manager. Prior to joining CALS, she was at the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning for seven and half years starting as an internship coordinator and having departed as the Interim Associate Director of AAP Career Services.

Marjorie grew up frolicking and free-ranging on an 80-acre dairy farm in Pennsylvania, 80 minutes outside of Philadelphia. In her free time, she enjoys exploring nature with her family, climbing at the local rock gyms, and reading her favorite fantasy/sci-fi novels. She taught English in Thailand for two years and has done research on the various martial arts styles in Myanmar/Burma. Marjorie has a master’s degree in Southeast Asian Studies from Cornell University and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Russian from West Chester University.

With Connectedness as a top strength, Jennifer believes that successes and failures are the direct result of our ability to work together. She has faith in the links among all things and finds deep satisfaction in working hard to achieve goals. Jennifer has more than 10 years of experience guiding employers through University Recruiting at Cornell and has obtained her Executive Coach Certification (XCC) from Assenter Coaching, LLC. She provides oversight and direction for employer relations, recruitment services (with a special focus on opportunities targeting STEM students from all colleges and schools), and many aspects of external relations. Jennifer grew up in the heart of Wayne County, NY (the third-highest apple-producing county in the country!)  and completed her AS in Liberal Arts at Finger Lakes Community College (Canandaigua, NY). She began her career at Cornell University in the fall of 2006 as an Administrative Assistant in the Advising and Career Services office of the College of Arts and Sciences. She has been an enthusiastic member of the Engineering Career Center team since August 2012. Outside of work, Jennifer loves to enjoy all that the Finger Lakes Region has to offer!
