I’m passionate about leveraging new tools and technologies to make the recruiting process more efficient and free up time for more high-impact work. Recently, that’s included implementing solutions like BrightHire and GoodTime. I also care genuinely about creating a positive experience for everyone involved in the hiring process, whether it be candidates, recruiters, or hiring managers.
