Storytelling is my passion—a bridge connecting the past, present, and future. Whether as a historian, policy advocate, or nonprofit professional, I approach every project with the belief that stories have the power to build connections, inspire action, and foster growth.

As a historian, I’ve documented the histories of Jewish communities across New York and Ohio, helping families rediscover lost narratives and reigniting generational connections. My work preserves the past while drawing lessons to shape the present and future.

In policy and nonprofit work, I’ve focused on strengthening communities and addressing societal challenges. By securing government grants to protect nonprofits, community centers, and places of worship, I’ve helped create safe, inclusive spaces where people can thrive. My background in student affairs reflects this commitment, having guided hundreds of students to discover and share their own stories.

Listening is at the heart of my approach. From writing the 81-year history of Ithaca College’s Hillel to preserving stories from southeastern Ohio’s coal mining communities, I aim to amplify voices and values. These histories have become tools for remembrance, advocacy, and organizational growth.

With a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University, I bring a purpose-driven mindset to tackling challenges faced by nonprofits, higher education, and government. Collaboration, intellectual engagement, and a growth-oriented approach guide my work to cultivate potential and connect people to shared purpose.

Storytelling is most powerful when it creates impact. Whether through historical research, philanthropy, or advocacy, I am committed to building bridges that transform communities, inspire ethical clarity, and illuminate new possibilities for connection and growth.
