I’m an operational excellence and program leader who helps growing organizations build the systems, processes, and cross- functional alignment that let them scale, particularly in environments where the path from idea to repeatable execution isn’t yet defined. Most recently, I led operations for a food manufacturing startup through a major capacity inflection, more than doubling primary production output through equipment upgrades and process redesign, while concurrently commissioning a second production line and new automation technology. I initiated a company-wide migration to cloud-based systems that integrated departmental data silos, and built the KPI tracking and process documentation that gave leadership clearer visibility into operations. I led process development and commercialization for novel food technologies and products, taking concepts from benchtop to scalable manufacturing process, building the change control and process characterization practices that became foundational to quality management, and serving as the connective tissue between R&D, quality, manufacturing, and external partners. I’m energized by ambiguity, early-stage build problems, and the challenge of resolving complexity into something repeatable. I’m looking for growth-stage environments where thoughtful structure lets learnings compound over time.
