I am an education leader, professional learning strategist, and EdTech consultant committed to macro-level change in K-12 education. My work focuses on teacher leadership, curriculum innovation, and systemic professional learning, ensuring educators have the tools and support they need to drive student success. 

Leadership & Instructional Impact – In my current leadership role (designated by the NYCDOE Office of Teacher Leadership) I:

– Strategize, design, and implement multi-year professional learning for 100+ K-12 faculty, increasing student growth rates by 14% and 8% for Math and Reading, respectively  

– Have been recognized at the district and national levels for my work in teacher leadership and professional development 

EdTech & Consulting Experience – Beyond my work in schools, I provide consulting services for early- stage EdTech startups, focusing on: 

– Content development – Ensuring platforms and content align with teacher & student needs 

– Implementation strategy – Supporting K-12 adoption through professional learning & stakeholder engagement
