As a healthcare leader, my passion includes envisioning a world where all individuals, regardless of their socioeconomic or geographic background, will be able to have the accessible, equitable, and high-quality care they deserve. My personal mission is to serve and help each patient live a beautiful life. My philosophy is to always be continuously learning, continuously improving oneself, and continuously being open to new trends or fields of knowledge. In addition to my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, I possess strong quantitative and qualitative skills in SQL, Tableau, STATA (Regression Analysis), Excel (Modeling), QSRI Nvivo (Data Analysis), Endnote 12, and Rayyan QCRI. In my spare time, I enjoy Fencing, Aquascaping, and designing Charcuterie Boards. As a proud Public Health major from Texas A&M University, I received my Master’s in Health Administration from Cornell University, which gave me the privilege and honor to gain healthcare insights from over 8 different organizations across the Nation. My experiences range from serving as an academic peer-reviewed researcher and working as a clinical staff member to serving as an administrative fellow and active member of various professional organizations.
