With over a decade of experience as a licensed physical therapist and a recently earned Master’s in Healthcare Administration, I am passionate about enhancing patient outcomes, fostering team collaboration, and driving organizational success in the healthcare system. In my current role as Clinical Education Coordinator, I mentor new therapists and students to develop their clinical skills and professional confidence, fostering a culture of learning and growth. My efforts in implementing process improvements, such as a formalized system to transition patients from acute care to outpatient physical therapy, have improved continuity of care and grown our rehab department, aligning with organizational goals. Completing my MHA has equipped me with the skills to lead healthcare teams and manage operational challenges effectively. I am adept at strategic planning, team development, and optimizing systems to ensure high-quality patient-centered care. I am now seeking to transition into a leadership role within the hospital system where I can apply my clinical expertise, operational insights, and leadership skills to create a lasting impact.
