As the fundraising lead at St. Bartholomew’s Church’s in stewardship and development, our team’s focus was nurturing relationships with major donors, orchestrating impactful fundraising events, and managing comprehensive fundraising programs. Our accomplishments included increasing annual pledging by XX%, securing planned gifts, and converting the database in order to better use data to drive our commitment to fostering community engagement and financial growth. Previously, while serving as the Vice President of Development at the Ackerman Institute, we elevated donor relations by deepening collaborations with key stakeholders, including alumni and board relationships. This strategic approach, combined with a grant strategy, significantly raised the institute’s visibility and donor base. With a penchant for compelling storytelling, we’ve effectively communicated the transformative impact of philanthropy on our organization’s mission.
