I traveled the nation working hands-on with the world’s largest tech giants during the 2010s boom, learning the mechanics at global scale. • As an employee at LinkedIn, I saw firsthand how culture can be a company’s competitive advantage. I partnered directly with C-suite leaders to implement global change. • I’ve been the first executive People Leader at VC-backed startups (series B-D), led M&A, expanded our global workforce and built the HR department from the ground up. • Across public and private companies, I’ve led every facet of HR (talent acquisition, HR business partnership, compensation, benefits, talent development, org design, board relationships and everything in between).
