I am a Ph.D.-trained scientist with expertise in scientific communication, medical education, and translational research, dedicated to bridging cutting-edge research with real-world healthcare applications. My work focuses on advancing therapeutic strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, and improving patient outcomes through innovative approaches. As a USDA NIFA Predoctoral Fellow, I secured $150,000 in funding to support innovative research, leading to peer-reviewed publications and presentations at international conferences. At Cornell University, I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop impactful educational initiatives, including an antimicrobial resistance stewardship module aligned with WHO global health goals, designed to promote sustainable therapeutic strategies. In my role as Scientific Communication Director at the Cornell University eLab Startup, I led a team to create high-quality visuals and targeted digital campaigns, increasing engagement with professional and industry audiences. As Co-Chair of ComSciCon, I organized a hybrid congress for over 100 researchers, recruiting KOLs and coordinating strategic communications to amplify the event’s impact. I have a proven track record of project management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder engagement. This is demonstrated by my ability to manage large-scale initiatives, create tailored scientific content, and deliver educational programs that drive awareness and adoption of innovative therapeutics. My expertise includes the integration of AI tools and data-driven insights to design engaging, compliant, and audience-specific medical education that aligns with organizational and clinical goals. Committed to patient-centric care and strategic communication, I excel in roles requiring the alignment of scientific rigor with stakeholder needs to advance clinical and organizational objectives. My passion lies in translating complex research into actionable insights, fostering meaningful collaboration, and driving innovation within the healthcare ecosystem through cutting-edge technologies and human-centered strategies.
