Most executive coaching adds weight. Another framework. Another perspective from someone advising from outside the system. For leaders who are already capable and self-aware, that doesn’t create momentum. It just creates more noise. Here’s the thing: when a capable leader keeps hitting the same wall, the real constraint usually isn’t the thing that’s most visible. It’s not a knowledge gap. And finding it requires someone who knows what to look for, and who understands the organizational reality you’re actually operating in. That’s what I do. I work with directors and VPs who are good at what they do and know something is still in the way. The work is direct, specific, and grounded in the complexity you’re actually navigating. Not in ideal conditions. In yours. What makes my perspective different: I’ve been in the room. I built and led a people development coaching function from scratch, scaling it across an entire organization while coaching the leadership team directly. Then I stepped into a Director of Revenue Operations role, working on sales strategy, cross-functional alignment, and execution systems. I know what it looks like when the leadership conversation meets the business problem. And I know what it costs when it doesn’t. What changes: cleaner thinking, harder conversations finally happening, and the dynamics around you shifting so you stop carrying what was never yours to hold alone. If that’s where you are, let’s have a conversation.Grab a time to chat here: https://bit.ly/robin_chat_LI
