I have counseled clients from emerging tech startups and Fortune 500 companies on various IP, technology, data, privacy, advertising and consumer protection, regulatory issues and other legal issues related to all aspects of the lifecycle of their products and services, such as software platforms, cloud services, and AI, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, e-commerce, media and content, consumer products, manufacturing, telecom, banking, medical devices and diagnostic test kits, and research. I have a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, am barred in DC and VA, and hold a certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). I also have a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Cornell University, where I specialized in research relating to microfluidic devices.
