The journal’s objective is to offer students a platform for reasoned discussions addressing legal, economic, and social complexities that impact the most marginalized voices in society.

The Spring 2026 deadline for submissions is February 28, 2026, by 11:59 PM ET. To acknowledge the diverse academic journeys that undergraduates may embark on when exploring the study of law, we eagerly invite submissions of research articles, senior theses, and essays that encompass a broad spectrum of subjects and perspectives within the realm of law concerning the Black/African-American community. Regardless of their major, academic path, or background, undergraduate students are encouraged to submit their work. The journal is open to all!
