Job and Internship Application Spreadsheet
Log into the Career Development Toolkit to view the page called How do I organize my search and download the excel file template.
The spreadsheet contains details such as:
- Company details (e.g., name, website, industry, mission/vision/values, and other info you found from research).
- Job details (e.g., title, description, location, salary)
- Application details (e.g., URL, date posted, application deadline, time zone, materials required, special instructions, hiring manager contact info, application status)
- Contacts at the organization (alumni, networking connections, etc.) and their details (e.g., title, email)
- Correspondence (e.g., date applied, date of interview, thank-you notes sent, follow-up emails/calls, etc.)
