Each year, just 25 engineering students are selected for the Engineering Leadership Certification Program — a rigorous, one-year program through the Selander Center for Engineering Leadership. Participants develop skills in self-management, teamwork, and communication through coursework, retreats, and hands-on projects, earning a transcript designation upon completion.
