The Beyond The Game Program

Are you ready to take your game to the next level? In April 2026, we will host our second cohort of Beyond the Game, an interactive experience designed for student-athletes like you!

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Build meaningful relationships with EY leaders, mentors, and speakers
  • Connect with like-minded student-athletes from other universities
  • Develop essential skills and tools to articulate their personal brand
  • Experience the dynamic and supportive environment of EY’s professional services

When does it take place?
The Beyond The Game Program is a 12‑week hybrid experience, featuring a mix of virtual sessions and a two‑day in‑person Summit kicking off in April 2026. The in‑person event will take place April 14–16, 2026, in Dallas, TX.

Note: Program travel (domestic only), lodging, and meal costs are covered by EY. Students should plan to participate in all virtual sessions and attend the in‑person Beyond the Game Summit.

Who’s eligible?​

Current student-athletes …​

  • Enrolled at an accredited four‑year institution or junior college (JUCO) who are two+ years from graduation or planning to transfer to a four‑year institution​

  • Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher​

  • Majoring in Accounting/Accounting+, Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field​

  • Interested in pursuing a career in professional services​

  • With demonstrated leadership both on and off the field
