The DSP Integrations UAT Analyst will be responsible for supporting the technical teams of the Dealership Systems Providers (DSPs), as well as execution and documentation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all Digital Service Solutions technical integrations. 

Responsibilities:

Function as a key point of contact for DSPs during the implementation of integrations throughout the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase.

Coordinate scheduling and completion of UAT with DSPs.

Ability to comprehend and analyze technical specifications intended for DSP developers and translate business requirements into test case scenarios and establish any other appropriate exit criteria.

Write, update, and execute test cases according to established business requirements.

Ensure DSP’s delivered functionality matches business expectations.

Document vendor’s demonstration of test cases and determine pass/fail and any changes required.

Communicate DSP concerns related to functional or technical requirements to business stakeholders for remediation and solutioning.

Coordinate and lead product demonstrations with the vendor for stakeholders post-UAT.

Ensure overall readiness and configuration for vendors in the test environment by creating and providing test data, BACs, credentials, etc.

Use established processes and triage reported issues to ensure quick resolution of application and/or integration problems. 

Interface regularly with business leads to provide status updates and perform escalations as needed.

Research, test, and verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes.

Work directly with DSPs and regional teams during development, UAT, pilot, and deployment as needed to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to vendor systems and their integrations with systems and applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system improvements. 

Support vendor contract compliance and aid in developing specifications for DSPs. 

Work with product managers, business leads, development teams, and third-party vendors to validate integration functionality and ensure timely deployment based on established Change Requests (CRs).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field. 

Experience in product design and/or performance of User Acceptance Testing. 

Experience and training in Project Management. 

Familiarity with dealership fixed operations and customer service processes. 

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to build relationships and work effectively with other internal teams, dealerships, and field personnel. 

Proficiency in BrowserStack, Jira, and Insomnia required. MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Power BI preferred. 

Highly collaborative work style. 

Understanding of technical language (i.e., REST calls) and ability to troubleshoot issues related to on-demand bandwidth, endpoints, web services, data transfers, etc. 

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision. 

Comfortable presenting to large audiences (internal leadership, field teams, dealerships, etc.).
