Help us keep our stores running smoothly as a Facilities Technician at Hampton Coffee Company! Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to work behind the scenes to keep our cafés running at their best? As a Facilities Technician, you’ll work closely with the Facilities Director to maintain the condition and functionality of equipment and facilities across our café locations — from preventative maintenance to hands-on support during new store buildouts. Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize ice machines and maintain refrigerator and freezer condenser coils.
  • Replace water filters and HVAC and mini-split AC filters on a regular schedule.
  • Follow maintenance schedules and report early signs of wear or potential equipment failure.
  • Assist with minor repairs and basic fixes, escalating larger issues as needed.
  • Support troubleshooting before vendor service is required.
  • Travel between company locations to complete maintenance visits and inspections.
  • Collect maintenance concerns from Store Managers and report findings to the Facilities Director.
  • Assist with equipment setup and placement during new store buildouts.
  • Support punch-list items and opening preparation for new locations.
  • Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures at every site.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Basic maintenance or facilities experience.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and performing physical labor.
  • Ability to work outside in all seasons.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

  • Able to take direction as well as work independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Availability to travel between multiple business locations.
