We are seeking college seniors who graduated in May/June 2026 or will be graduating on or before June 2027 looking for a long-term professional and financially rewarding consulting career in a dynamic, flexible work environment, to join our office located in the mountain village of Bethel, Maine. After three years working in our Bethel office, high performing associates will be eligible to request remote work arrangement (preferably in Maine, Montana, Vermont, or Utah), subject to approval by the company. Anticipated start date is October 1, 2026.

A successful candidate would be a resourceful problem solver who is eager to learn and master new subject matters and skills. Associates will be expected to learn and master all aspects of stock-based compensation, and broad-based employee stock purchase plans, including plan design concepts, US and international tax and regulatory compliance requirements, and stock plan operations tasks that involve coordination with different functional areas within our corporate clients (HR, tax, payroll, benefits, legal, finance, treasury) and with their designated brokers (brokerage firms such as Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE, Fidelity Investments, Schwab, JP Morgan, etc). As such, strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are a must.

Associates will receive extensive training (including training given by our brokerage partners on how to use their technology platforms to support shared clients as well as on-the-job training from the seasoned senior consultants who work for the firm). Associates will also be expected to study for and pass the Equity Compensation Associate exam from Certified Equity Professional Institute which is run by Santa Clara University before their promotion to Senior Associate upon completion of the initial two years.

Keen attention to detail, strong quantitative, analytical skills needed. Expertise in using Excel is a plus. Position offers tremendous opportunity to launch a long-term career where high performance will be well rewarded with long-term financial security.

Love of the outdoors would be a big plus given our office location. If you have never fly fished, mountain biked or skied (resort, backcountry, or nordic), tried stand up paddle boarding, we have office equipment available for you to use (and we’ll teach you). There are outstanding hiking trails nearby (including Mount Washington, the tallest mountain in the northeast), as well as numerous streams and lakes to enjoy paddling, fly fishing, etc.

Compensation package includes: $55,000 base salary + $5,500 (10%) to $16,500 (30%) performance-based annual bonus for first year, resulting in total annual cash compensation package of $60,500 to $71,500. High performers will also enjoy 5 to 6% annual base salary increases, and 10% promotion increases (senior associate promotion after 2 years and manager promotion after 5 years).

Benefits include: 401k contribution match (100% match up to 6% of cash compensation; eligibility begins after completing 6 months of service); Health insurance reimbursement ($400 per month); annual company work trip (e.g., ski trips in Utah, working ranch experience at Badger Creek Ranch in Colorado, beach house in Duxbury, MA); unlimited paid time off (subject to satisfactory work performance); free use of company-owned fly fishing gear, backcountry ski gear, stand up paddle boards, and mountain bikes.

Only genuine and nice people will be invited to join our team. If you don’t consider yourself a kind, thoughtful person, please do not apply. You won’t fit in.
