Social Media & Content Creation Intern

**Part-Time | Paid | Approximately 8–12 Hours/Week | Hybrid/In-Person**

Are you chronically online?

Do you know a TikTok trend before it makes its way to Instagram Reels? Do you have strong opinions about hooks, audios, editing styles, and why someone’s video flopped? Can you take an ordinary day and immediately see three pieces of content in it?

I’m a full-time Massachusetts and New Hampshire Realtor looking for a creative, confident Social Media & Content Creation Intern to help grow my personal brand and online presence.

This is **not** an internship where you’ll spend your time making generic real estate graphics.

I’m looking for someone who understands social media culture and can help turn the actual day-to-day life of a Realtor — listings, showings, open houses, client stories, behind-the-scenes moments, market knowledge, funny situations and everyday life — into entertaining short-form content people actually want to watch.

What You’ll Do

– Identify relevant TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, formats and content opportunities – Pitch fresh short-form video concepts each week – Film content at listings, open houses, the office and other locations – Edit TikToks, Instagram Reels and other short-form videos – Develop attention-grabbing hooks, captions and concepts – Help create recurring content series – Repurpose longer filming sessions into multiple pieces of content – Track content performance and identify what’s resonating – Keep me accountable to consistently filming and posting — even when I tell you I don’t feel like making a TikTok that day

Who I’m Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

– Are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, PR, Business or a related field – Spend enough time on TikTok and Instagram that you genuinely understand internet culture – Have a strong eye for what makes content feel current rather than overly corporate – Are comfortable filming and directing someone on camera – Know your way around CapCut, TikTok, Instagram and/or similar editing tools – Are creative, proactive and comfortable bringing your own ideas to the table – Aren’t afraid to say, “Trust me, this is trending — we’re filming it.” – Have reliable transportation and can travel locally around the Andover/North Shore/Southern New Hampshire area – Are interested in social media, personal branding, entrepreneurship and/or real estate

Professional social media experience is **not required**. I’m much more interested in creativity, instincts, personality and an understanding of what actually works online.

Schedule & Compensation

Approximately **8–12 hours per week**, with a mix of in-person content creation and flexible remote editing/planning.

**Compensation: depending on experience.**

The schedule can be built around classes, although some availability for occasional listings, events and weekend open houses is preferred.

How to Apply

Please send a résumé or brief introduction along with links/examples of any social content you’ve created. Personal TikTok/Instagram content is completely acceptable if you’re comfortable sharing it.

**Bonus:** Send me 2–3 TikToks or Reels you’ve seen recently and tell me how you’d adapt them for a Realtor.

I’m not looking for someone who already knows everything about real estate.

I’m looking for someone who knows content.
