Position Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of the switchgear production line, ensuring production schedules are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Lead the execution of manufacturing activities to meet customer requiremen
production planning, process control, and workforce management. Drive continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce defects, improve first-pass yield, and
ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
The candidate should have hands-on manufacturing experience with switchgear, switchboards, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), or power distribution equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management and Control
• Inspect the quality of switchgear assembly and wiring.
• Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards.
• Manage inspection and testing processes of products.
Production Management
• Execute daily and weekly production plans.
• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor production performance across each manufacturing process.
• Track production KPIs and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
Workforce Management
• Assign production personnel and provide daily work instructions.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and on-the-job training (OJT) for new operators.
• Manage employee attendance and workforce productivity.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work standards.
Safety & Environment Management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and work procedures.
• Identify potential workplace hazards and implement preventive improvements.
• Participate in industrial safety programs and conduct safety training.
• Maintain 5S practices and a clean, organized work environment.
Productivity & Continuous Improvement
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
• Lead process improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Improve equipment utilization and operational efficiency.
• Execute Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.
Qualifications
Education
• Associate’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering,
Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Required Skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing of switchgear, switchboards,
motor control centers (MCCs), or power distribution equipment.
• Experience as a production line leader, supervisor, or team leader is preferred.
• Strong understanding of switchgear design, structure, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of production planning and manufacturing management.
• Understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Mandatory Manufacturing Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in one or more of the following areas is REQUIRED:
- Switchgear manufacturing
- Switchboard manufacturing
- Motor Control Center (MCC) manufacturing
- Power distribution equipment manufacturing
- Electrical panel manufacturing
- Circuit breaker manufacturing
- Heavy electrical equipment manufacturing
Candidates without at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience may not be considered.
2. Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have practical knowledge of:
- Switchgear design, structure, and manufacturing processes
- Electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Product inspection and testing
- Manufacturing process control
- Quality management and root-cause analysis
- Production planning and manufacturing operations
3. Leadership Experience
Experience as a:
- Production Line Leader
- Team Leader
- Production Supervisor
- Manufacturing Supervisor
- Quality/Process Leader
is strongly preferred.
4. U.S. Work Authorization
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

5. Relocation to Utah
Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to Enoch, Utah.
Housing assistance is not provided.
A USD $5,000 relocation assistance package is available.
6. Korea Technical Training
After joining the company, the selected candidate will participate in approximately six months of technical training at the company’s manufacturing facility in Cheongju, South Korea.
Candidates must be able to:
- Enter and stay in South Korea for the approximately six-month training period
- Complete the required training program
- Return to the United States following completion of training
- Continue employment at the Enoch, Utah manufacturing facility
Candidates who cannot participate in the approximately six-month Korea training program should not apply.
7. Salary
The expected annual salary range is:
$75,000 or more
Candidates whose required compensation is significantly above this range may not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
• Professional Engineer (Electrical) or Industrial Engineer (Electrical) certification (or equivalent electrical engineering certification).
• Occupational safety certification or related qualification.
• Experience using SAP and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.
• Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and customer inspections for switchgear.
• Experience manufacturing high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear and Motor Control Centers (MCCs).

The training program is designed to provide comprehensive technical knowledge of the company’s power distribution products, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production systems.
